After being seen in sci-fi thriller "X-Men", actor Hugh Jackman is all set to do a musical.

He will be seen as American showman, businessman and entertainer P.T. Barnum in "The Greatest Showman on Earth", a contemporary song-and-dance movie.

The film will explore the entertainer's infatuation with singer Jenny Lind, and Anne Hathaway is being considered for the role, reports femalefirst.co.uk.

Jackman, who won a Tony Award for his role in Broadway show "The Boy From Oz", will produce the movie along with Laurence Mark and John Palermo. The "X-Men Origins: Wolverine" star is said to have a keen interest in making a clutch of musical movies. (IANS)
